1) First of all click on start and go to run by searching in "search programs or files" or by manual method from All Programs >> Accessories >> {Run windows+r.}

2) Open the run command and type "gpedit.msc" in the box and hit Enter.

3) Select Local Computer Policy >> Computer Configuration >> Admnistrative Templates >> Network >> QOS Packet Scheduler >> Limit Reserve able Bandwidth. Following these options you will go to this Page.

4) Click on enable option button.

5) Replace bandwidth limit "20" with "0". Then click on apply and ok.

6) Restart your computer, after restarting notice changes.
